Learn to Sew!

Inside Out Health is excited to offer a beginner-friendly sewing class series! Health isn't just physical; it's being attentive to your WHOLE self!

Participants will learn:

• How to use a sewing machine and basic sewing skills
• How to complete a simple sewing project
• How to use and follow a pattern

A $5–$10 suggested donation per participant is appreciated but not required. All proceeds will go directly to the Parsons Quilter Guild.
